Soda Club is a Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded natural wine and fresh pasta bar expanding to Denver inside The Ramble Hotel in the RiNo District.

Originally opened in New York City, Soda Club has built a reputation for fresh handmade pasta, an exciting natural wine program, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, energetic service. Our Denver location is an important next step in the growth of the concept, and we are building a team of hospitality professionals who are excited to help shape the restaurant.

Our beverage program centers on natural wine, low intervention producers, thoughtful non alcoholic options, and a cocktail program designed around precision, consistency, and creativity. The cocktail program is predominantly tap based, allowing us to explore how far a prepared cocktail format can go through controlled specs, batching, aging, carbonation, texture, temperature, and speed of service. This is not a shortcut; it is a deliberate approach to making cocktails more consistent, expressive, and service ready.

About the Role

We are looking for a Bartender to join the team at Soda Club Denver. This is a service forward position for someone who is comfortable working a busy dinner service while maintaining strong standards of preparation, organization, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Our bartenders are responsible for executing the beverage program consistently, maintaining cocktail specs and preparation standards, keeping the bar clean and organized, and creating a warm and engaging experience for guests.

At Soda Club, bartenders are not separate from the dining room experience. They are part of the full rhythm of service: welcoming guests, guiding beverage choices, understanding the food menu, supporting pacing, and helping create the overall feeling of the restaurant.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, curious, organized, and fully engaged in the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of professional bartending experience

• Strong foundational cocktail knowledge and an interest in prepared, batched, aged, and tap cocktail formats

• A genuine interest in natural wine, food, non alcoholic beverages, and hospitality

• The ability to follow disciplined cocktail specs, systems, and prep standards

• Experience with batching, bar prep, mise en place, and maintaining an organized station

• Excellent service etiquette and an understanding of proper steps of service

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills

• Clear communication and the ability to thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment

• A warm, generous presence with guests and teammates

• The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team

• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Full availability for nights and weekends

Fine dining, wine service, hotel restaurant, or high volume craft cocktail experience is a plus, but the most important qualities are professionalism, consistency, curiosity, and a genuine love of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Work scheduled dinner service shifts behind the bar

• Execute cocktails accurately and consistently according to established recipes and specs

• Prepare batches, garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar mise en place as assigned

• Maintain tap cocktail systems and established preparation standards

• Provide knowledgeable, warm, and attentive beverage service

• Guide guests through cocktails, wine, non alcoholic beverages, and the food menu

• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and service ready bar throughout the shift

• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with fellow bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management

• Maintain proper glassware, garnish, storage, and cleanliness standards

• Help uphold Soda Club’s beverage identity across cocktails, wine, non alcoholic drinks, and overall hospitality

• Act as a positive, reliable, and engaged member of the service team
