California Licensed Senior Loan Officer

To drive the Credit Union's commercial real estate lending initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Senior Loan Officer will develop relationships with brokers and businesses, manage loan production, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely in California. Key responsibilities Manage and grow business development activities while maintaining loan pipeline statistics Generate annual commercial real estate loan production and implement effective production strategies Mentor business loan officers and ensure exceptional member service and loan quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred Eight years or more of commercial banking and commercial loan origination experience required Knowledge of commercial real estate lending requirements and applicable federal and state laws Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and commercial loan origination systems Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization
