Retail Production Lead — Fast-Paced Backroom Ops

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Team Lead to direct backroom operations, oversee donation intake, processing, sorting and pricing, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will lead a team to meet production goals while upholding our mission-driven values and donor-centric service.
