As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion. You'll manage all project phases, ensuring compliance with safety, contract management, and permitting processes. Collaborate with suppliers, regulators, and multi-disciplinary teams to resolve challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project execution for large-scale energy storage projects.
- Provide oversight on power electronics, battery storage system design, and substation integration.
- Act as the company representative with local, national, and international agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract management, and permitting processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless interconnections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 11 to 15 years of experience leading energy storage and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Preferences
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with California ISO and other utilities in the Western United States.
