Compensation:

$175,000 - $240,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Partner with financial experts, custody evaluators, mental health professionals, and other specialists to strengthen case strategy
• Provide exceptional client counseling and guidance through emotionally complex legal matters
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials while providing strategic guidance throughout the legal process
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements
• Conduct advanced legal research and remain current on Colorado family law statutes, case law, and procedural developments

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients during highly emotional and sensitive legal matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Colorado Bar
• Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
• Must reside within the Denver Metropolitan Area and be available for court appearances and client meetings as needed
• 10+ years of experience practicing family law with substantial exposure to complex domestic relations litigation
