Job Description Emergency Medicine Physician - Cooperstown, NY Position Details Opportunity to join a progressive, academic health system in Central New York Major teaching affiliate of Columbia University and affiliate of the University of Rochester Medical Center Integrated health system covering an eight-county region Six Emergency Departments and two Convenient Care locations Join an established team of Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians Strong support staff and PA coverage 132 twelve-hour shifts per year with incentive pay for additional shifts EPIC EMR system Multi-specialty group with over 500 practitioners Position Requirements MD, DO, or MBBS Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Active or eligibility for NY State medical license BLS and DEA required Benefits Details Annual salary: $402,000 Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Paid malpractice insurance Retirement plan Generous PTO, including vacation and holidays CME time and financial support Transition bonus offered
