Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking to hire an Electrical Panel Assembler to join a growing manufacturing company in Westborough, MA. The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00 $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The shift is 1st (7a-3:30p) Monday Friday.

The Electrical Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and inspecting electrical control panels and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic electrical assembly experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassemblies according to schematics and engineering drawings
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and installation of electrical components
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting electrical panels as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Background check required
• No drug test required
