You can make a huge impact to this organization where what matters most is our success in bringing new products to market quickly.Collaborate on product build process with design engineeringDevelop and implement new assembly instructions proceduresDevelop Manufacturing Process Strategy for outsourced productsDrive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews through New Product Introduction processManufacturing fixture design including validation, build, documentation, and handoff to high volume productionCreate and Implement Engineering Change Notices to update BOMs and drawingsMonitor and drive quality standards at suppliers and internallyDevelop and provide training to assembly personnel and contract manufacturersAll About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
