Commercial Construction Superintendent

This position is specifically for a commercial construction superintendent . The right person will have hands-on experience managing ground-up and interior build-out projects from start to finish, ensuring that every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

• Lead daily on-site construction operations and ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain smooth project flow
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and design teams to meet deadlines and budgets
• Oversee field crews and promote a positive, professional, and safety-focused work culture
• Review and interpret plans, manage budgets, and anticipate potential challenges to keep projects on track

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (ground-up or xhyhwjd build-out)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project sequencing
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field personnel and subcontractors
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
