Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing instructional and behavioral strategies outlined by certified teachers
• Provide hands-on support to students during classroom activities, transitions, and therapy sessions
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom climate
• Offer one-on-one or small group support for students participating in ESY services, promoting independence and skill development
• Help maintain accurate records and assist with documentation under the direction of school staff
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share effective strategies
• Encourage and model positive student interactions and communication skills
