Building Maintenance Technician

Job Opportunity

Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a versatile worker that can adapt well and thrive in various environments.

Responsibilities:

Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.
Perform specialty cleaning jobs.
Fill in for janitorial personnel during times of absence.
Operate a forklift.
Offload incoming freight.
Load and unload equipment for repairs and rentals.
Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
Clean and stock shelves.
Move and organize inventory items.

Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Able to pass a drug screening.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
Great attendance.
