SmartBiz Bank is seeking a Vice President - Compliance & Legal to serve as the Bank's Compliance Officer, overseeing the CMS, monitoring, testing, risk assessment, regulatory reporting, examination coordination, and governance. This on-site role can be based in Austin, TX or Northbrook, IL and partners with the General Counsel and outside counsel on complex legal matters.
