Nurse Practitioner

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a primary care team in a community-based clinic setting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing comprehensive care with an emphasis on preventive medicine and patient-centered outcomes. Responsibilities Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population Order, review, and interpret lab and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in care planning Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives Rotate occasional on-call coverage as needed Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant license Board Certification (FNP, PNP, AGNP, or NCCPA) DEA license (or eligibility) Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Monday-Friday, 8a-5p Mix of scheduled visits and same-day patient care Supportive, team-based clinical setting Compensation $105,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity-based earnings (Most earning $150k+) What You’ll Bring Commitment to patient-centered, accessible care Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations Current hiring in Dunn, Faison, Goldsboro and more.
