Customer Support Representative

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Clinton, MS!As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.How You Will Contribute:Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.Daily travel to Unites States Post Office to collect and deliver mail.Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department or teammate.Skills & Experience to be Successful:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of customer service.Travel Requirements: Less than 10%.About Us:Bridge Specialty Group creates a more seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities.
