Looking for a dependable, motivated installer in Massachusetts to join our team. Radon mitigation experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a background in construction, HVAC, or similar trades. Job is remote but requires driving.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to scheduled customer appointments.
- Install radon mitigation systems with attention to quality and detail.
- Explain system operation to customers and answer their questions.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Reliability and availability most weekdays.
Some scheduling flexibility is available.
