Triumph Games: Senior VFX Artist (Card Pack Rips) We’re the 1 gaming app on iOS, and we’re hiring a senior VFX artist to own our card pack opening experiences. Rips is a new category we’re inventing in real time. You’d be the person defining what it feels like. You’d also be the first dedicated game artist on the team. We have a platform/UI artist, but this role owns the game craft side. No creative director above you, no design by committee. Responsibilities Owning the card pack opening experience: design, animation, the full feel of the rip Making rare pulls feel rare and big wins feel huge Other games art work when it comes up Projects Card pack rips (the core focus) Live ops drops and seasonal content Setup Small team, fast iteration, real creative ownership Full time, in person at our San Francisco office W2 with equity in a fast growing company Qualifications Senior VFX and product animation chops. You’ve shipped big win moments, gacha pulls, or other high impact reveal experiences. Reel matters more than résumé. Strong instinct for timing, anticipation, and game feel Fluent with particles, lighting, motion, and how they layer We have a custom tech stack. If you’re senior in Unity, Spine, After Effects, Rive, or similar, you’ll pick it up.
