7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process while working collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Responsibilities will include carrying out functions according to medical center policies, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to medical center policies and standards of practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous operating room circulating experience - required
• Experience in Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General surgery - required
• Experience in Urology and Ophthalmic procedures - preferred
• Prior travel experience - preferred
• BLS certification - required
• Active Michigan state nursing license - required
