Sr. Field Sales Training Manager (Long-Term Care)

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Senior Field Sales Training Manager to design and execute training programs focused on the long-term care market. The role involves developing curricula, leading sales meetings, onboarding field personnel, and partnering with commercial leadership to strengthen LTC account management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement multiple training curricula and materials for product launches and LTC account management
- Lead field sales training initiatives across marketing and cross-functional teams to support new product commercialization
- Develop and execute training components for national and regional sales meetings
- Onboard new field sales personnel and oversee coaching and development of regional trainers
- Manage external vendors and consultants while ensuring training programs meet pharmaceutical compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field with 8+ years pharma sales experience
- Significant internal pharmaceutical sales training role experience required
- Demonstrated long-term care experience and LTC account management background
- Proven product launch experience and vendor management expertise
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of long-term care customer dynamics and account structures
- Master's degree preferred; CNS, psychiatry, or sales management experience a plus
