A prominent AI-driven organization is seeking Silicon Ear Impressions Specialists to assist with a groundbreaking data collection project. This contract position is in Sunnyvale, CA. The company is looking for dependable, detail-focused individuals to create precise silicone ear impressions for participants as part of an innovative research effort.

Position Overview:
As an Ear Impressions Specialist, your role will be straightforward but critical to our project. You will be responsible for creating silicone ear impressions for participants, which will be used for data collection purposes. You will not be involved in diagnostics, fittings, or selling—just focusing on the precise and professional creation of ear impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality silicone ear impressions for participants in a controlled environment.
• Follow established guidelines and work closely with a project moderator.
• Achieve an average of 8 molds per day while maintaining accuracy.
• Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the process.

Shifts & Scheduling:

• The project runs 7 days a week, however this role is from 9am to 9pm, Monday-Saturday. 
• Shifts are divided into morning and evening, with rotating schedules every two weeks.
• Two consecutive days off each week, though days off may not always fall on weekends.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of the rotating shifts.

Requirements:

• No experience with diagnostics, fittings, or sales required—training provided for ear impressions.
• Must hold a current CA dispensing license. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
