Unit Information

Number of Beds: 15
Number of Staff: 20
Type of Staff: Day Shift: 4.5 PT/PTA, 4 OT/COTA, 0.5 Rehab Tech
Patient Ratios: 5 Patients per Therapist
Type of Equipment: Basic lift equipment and therapy equipment
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and provide treatments for patients.
Participate in modified barium swallow (MBS) assessments for speech therapy.

Qualifications

Required Experience: Hospital experience is essential.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation. Familiarity with CARE scoring.
Best Personality Fit: Energetic and enjoys working in a team environment.
Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Scheduling and Availability

Expected to work at least 2 weekend days per month.
