Stair Delivery and Installation Driver

Position Overview Stair Delivery & Installation Driver - $22-$25/hr + Full Benefits Location: Greer, SC Schedule: Monday-Friday (+ additional hours as needed) Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience More Than Just Driving - Build a Career in Installation Southern Staircase (Edge Building Solutions) is looking for a skilled, dependable team member with carpentry or framing experience to join our installation crew. This is NOT a delivery-only role - you will be actively installing custom stair systems on residential and commercial job sites while also handling deliveries. What’s In It for You: Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25/hr Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off + 9 Paid Holidays Full-time, steady work year-round Opportunity to grow your carpentry and installation skills What You'll Do: Install custom stair systems (straight & curved) on construction sites Use hand and power tools to cut, level, shim, and secure stair components Read layouts and blueprints to complete accurate installations Load, deliver, and unload materials (up to 75 lbs.) Drive a 26' box truck to and from job sites Assist in the warehouse as needed Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas What You Bring: 2+ years of framing, carpentry, or woodworking experience (REQUIRED) Experience with saws, drills, levels, and measuring tools Ability to work in outdoor/job site environments Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly Valid driver's license + clean driving record (MVR) DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one) Must be 21+ years old Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail About Us: Southern Staircase, part of Edge Building Solutions, partners with top builders and developers to create and install premium stair and handrail systems.
