You will be present on-site daily—welcoming families, facilitating shadow visits and information sessions, and collaborating closely with campus personnel to help families navigate a model that differs from conventional schooling. What You Will Be Doing Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families Lead families through each stage of the admissions process with proactive follow-up and clearly defined next steps Facilitate and coordinate admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings Work with campus staff to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless family experience Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow-up actions What You Won’t Be Doing Working from home or under a hybrid arrangement — this role requires full on-site presence in Dripping Springs, TX Performing administrative duties with no direct family engagement Navigating a sluggish or heavily bureaucratic organization Prioritizing outreach without delivering on execution and accountability Setting admissions policy or making ultimate enrollment determinations Enrollment Coordinator Key Responsibilities Deliver a transparent, responsive, and professionally executed admissions process that drives enrollment growth and builds lasting family trust.
