Manager, Human Resources Salary: $120k base plus bonus Location: New York City – Hybrid Onsite (3 days per week) Our global pharmaceutical client has tasked Scientific Search with finding them an HR Manager. This role will function as a business partner providing a range of HR activities over the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment in the US Conduct new hire orientations and ensure efficient onboarding of all new hires Support managers with all their HR needs and requirements, responding in a timely manner to all HR related requests. Respond to employee relations issues, following up appropriately with corrective actions. Design, support and execute initiatives to drive employee retention and reduce attrition; assist with rolling out employee engagement initiatives. Assist in delivering global and US HR strategy, engaging with US teams / individuals to support them in achieving their objectives. Ensure compliance. Employee handbook is up to date, compliant with labor code, and adhered to by US employees. Requirements 6 years of HR Experience with 2 years of management experience. Experience within pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry is a plus. Engaging interpersonal Skills, Innovative Collaboration, Adaptive Flexibility, Forward Thinking.
