Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current licensure as a School Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Therapist Professional experience in school-based or clinical settings Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Comprehensive experience with psychological and psychoeducational assessments Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills Ability to remain organized, self‑directed, and responsive within fast‑paced environments Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop effective intervention plans Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate support, including translating and facilitating meetings Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations aligned with student needs Offer short‑term counseling and crisis intervention for students Maintain comprehensive, confidential records and timely documentation This rewarding opportunity is ideal for those who thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to fostering equitable educational experiences.
