Responsibilities Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for partnering with BGS Government Services business leaders Manage and integrate employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Manages cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery; coordinate solution teams, architects, program managers and stakeholders to integrate solutions Requirements 10+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services 10+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface 10+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
