Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Mount Prospect, IL Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – K–8 School-Based Position Position: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours per week Setting: Onsite School Year Dates: August 11, 2026 – June 1, 2027 Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations Support the implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes Partner with families and school personnel to promote consistency across environments Specific caseload details and school assignments are currently being determined. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required Previous school-based experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr AnthroMed Education (School Services)
