Description Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient/Outpatient Location: Willoughby, OH Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team Full-Time in Willoughby, OH. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working across inpatient and outpatient settings while helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. What You'll Do: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy interventions Treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress What We're Looking For: Current Ohio Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited PT program Strong clinical and communication skills Inpatient and/or outpatient experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Why Join Concept Rehab?
