Job Details: Location: Beaverton, OR 97007 Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.30 – $16.30 hourly What You Will Do Share the love for Big Al’s promos and help make every guest’s time here unforgettable. Run drinks, serve up good vibes, and keep the fun rolling. Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and handle payments like a pro. Keep things clean and sparkling—lanes, tables, glassware—you name it! Stock, organize, and mix drinks to perfection at the bar. Help with keg room duties and lift kegs with your teammates when needed. Stick to safety and alcohol rules to keep the party going strong. What We Are Looking For Someone with serving or bar experience who knows how to keep things smooth and guests happy. Experience with a POS System. Toast is a plus. Friendly, confident, and great face‑to‑face people person. First‑class level of guest service skills. Team player vibes only – we’re all in this together. Someone who can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun. Safety matters to you (and us!). Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications. Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays. Must be 21 years or older (must be 19 years or older in Idaho). Physical Demands You’ll be on your feet a lot. Lift up to 25 lbs? Pretty often. Up to 50 lbs? Now and then. Over 50 lbs? Rare, but possible. Bending, reaching, and pushing? It can get warm and humid sometimes. Loud noises, fun, and full of energy always.
