Ohio Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner

Leading member care in a remote environment, the Ohio Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders while collaborating with a dedicated care team. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations Deliver care for substance use disorders Prescribe medications as appropriate and complete documentation in the EHR Required Qualifications Active and verifiable FNP license in Ohio, with Medicaid enrollment preferred At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction, or relevant previous experience Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
