Assistant Chief PilotBased in Naples, FLWe are searching for a highly skilled Assistant Chief Pilot to oversee Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will possess substantial flight operations experience, a strong understanding of Part 91 & Part 135 regulations, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in Phenom 100 & Phenom 300 models.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and strategic direction for all flight operationsEnsure compliance with Part 91 & 135 regulations, company policies, and safety standardsUnder Chief Pilot direction, lead and manage a small team of pilots, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity & customer servicePerform flight duties on qualified aircraftDevelop and implement operational procedures & strategies to optimize efficiency, safety, and department growthCoordinate with maintenance department and communicate in a timely manner to the scheduling department for mechanical repairs, planned inspections, and maintenanceAssist and coordinate pilot training and development with Chief PilotAct as liaison with insurance company & maintain comprehensive familiarity with fleet policiesAssist and coordinate with Chief Pilot that NJC pilots are in compliance with Federal Aviation RegulationsProvide support during the recruiting and interviewing of new pilotsEnsure aircraft documents, checklists, publications, and databases are current and up to dateMaintain accurate reporting & record keeping practicesSupervise flight planning, aircraft performance, and resource allocation for optimal operationsRequirementsPossess a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificateHas a minimum of 2500 hours total timeType ratings in Phenom 100 & Phenom 300 (preferred)Resides in, or willing to relocate to, within a 1-hour driving distance of Naples, FLSubstantial experience as corporate pilotIn-depth knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and their applicationMinimum 3 years' experience as a 135 Captain, or previous lead roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and customer-centric environmentExperiencePart 91: 2 years (Preferred)Part 135: 2 years (Preferred)License/CertificationPhenom Type Rating (Preferred)Wage & BenefitsThe compensation package includes a competitive salary, 401k, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits covering health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Job Type: Full-timePay Range: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: Naples Jet Center, Naples, FLPhysical Demands -Essential Job FunctionsStand, sit, walk, hands-to-finger handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, smell.
