Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular perioperative nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and procedures
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and assist in surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative phases
• Document accurately and maintain compliance with all facility protocols

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
