Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Job Type: Part-Time | Growth Potential
Compensation: $60/hour + Performance Bonus

About the Opportunity

A growing boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice in downtown Baltimore is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector to join our clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an injector who wants more than a traditional clinical role. You’ll have the opportunity to see patients quickly, build your own patient following, develop your professional brand, and grow with a practice that is expanding its services and team.

Our practice offers advanced aesthetic, skin, and wellness treatments in a refined, spa-like environment, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, PRF/EZ Gel, under-eye rejuvenation, microneedling, and laser services.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced facial balancing.
• Provide safe, natural-looking, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and collaborate with the in-house esthetician.
• Begin seeing patients with minimal ramp-up time, including an existing base of scheduled appointments.
• Build and grow your patient following through excellent patient care, retention, and professional social media presence.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on patient education, referrals, and retention.
• Participate in laser training as new equipment is introduced. Laser certification is not required to start.
• Potential opportunity to take on Medical Director responsibilities , with additional compensation, for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner (NP) license .
• At least 2 years of experience with Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers .
• Experience with advanced facial balancing is strongly preferred.
• Able to begin treating patients with minimal training or ramp-up time.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Comfortable working in a growing practice where patient volume may fluctuate.
• Interest in developing a personal brand and building a loyal patient base.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team-oriented, professional, and patient-focused.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60/hour base pay + performance bonus
• Part-time position to start.
• Opportunity to transition into full-time as patient volume and your book of business grow.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Additional monthly stipend available for Medical Director responsibilities.
