Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases Schedule Needs: Strong Preference for weekend overnight availability (7 pm to 7 am) Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm Weekends Availability a PLUS! Now Hiring In: Cities Targeting- This role is in Ventura, but open to applicants in the surrounding areas. We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.
