NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These experienced professionals provide administrative, scientific, and technical support to the Environmental Protection Agency through the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience in Related experience with organization administration, including familiarity with Microsoft systems and clear communication with multiple levels within an organization. Experience with environmental regulations is preferred. OR AA Degree in Any

• Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, Adobe, Fax, Copying Machine, Scanner

Duties:

Administrative duties to assist the Branch with multiple functions, such as File scanning, Web posting, Database management (including compliance reviews and data entry). Draft informal communication with outside parties, including overdue notice emails to operators regarding annual reporting.

• Data entry and web posting of inspection reports and enforcement actions. 35%
• Provide support of administrative tasks for the Water Enforcement Branch, such as scanning files, tracking controlled correspondence and FOIAs. 35%
• Draft and track correspondence with owners and operators of regulated facilities. 15%
• Other administrative tasks as assigned. 15%
