Resort Bartender | Horseshoe Bay Resort

Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Estimated $20.00–$45.00/hour (base pay + tips)*

Position Summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
• Provide attentive guest service while promoting beverage offerings and enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and par lists.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with all company standards.
• Follow all TABC regulations, food safety requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership and team members to support efficient service operations.
• Assist with banquet events, special functions, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification required.
• Previous bartending experience required; resort, hotel, or upscale dining experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and service standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred).
