Quality Control Inspector / QC Technician Medical Device Manufacturing

Our client, a global leader in Medical Device Manufacturing, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector / QC Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector / QC Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the Incoming Inspection, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow regulated procedures, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

El Paso, TX

Pay Range:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour (DOE)

Shift:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Contract Type:

Long-Term Contract (12 Months+)

What's the Job?

• Perform raw material sampling and incoming inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Follow documented inspection procedures, SOPs, and quality processes while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, notebooks, and related documentation.
• Support calibration, preventive maintenance, and quality system compliance activities.
• Assist with FDA, GMP, safety, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, Manufacturing, Laboratory, or a related environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures, SOPs, and multi-step work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and compliance.
