Pay starts at $32.00 per hour and can be adjusted after completing a 12‑16 week management training program. Responsibilities Effective and efficient hands‑on leader working directly with employees Organized and adept at time‑management Analyzes daily operational and guest service needs Passionate about developing and mentoring staff Critical thinker and problem solver Adheres to company policies and procedures Team player who goes above and beyond Flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.
