NorthEast Electrical Position: Counter Sales Associate (Full‑time) – Hartford, CT Shift: Monday‑Friday 6am‑3pm Salary: $25–$28 per hour plus commission NorthEast Electrical is part of the Sonepar group, a leading electrical distributor. We offer a supportive culture and family‑friendly benefits. Responsibilities Take orders over the phone, in person, and via digital tools. Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required. Provide customers with information and demonstrate the online ordering solution via our website. Assist the Branch Manager with transfer, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special materials. Display and stock material in counter and show‑room; participate in promotions. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation. Strong customer‑service and communication skills; knowledge of electrical or construction helpful. Ability to adapt quickly to changes. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team setting. Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs using manual and PIT equipment.
