This opportunity offers a competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $220,000 to $235,000 annually, with the added benefit of no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts. The position allows for a flexible work schedule, where you can choose between working five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, helping to support a healthy work-life balance.
