What You'll Do: Implement and support Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) customized to each child's unique needs Coach, train, and model positive behavioral techniques to staff Collect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans Assist with conducting functional assessments and updating individualized plans Respond confidently to behavioral crises and support safety interventions Coordinate clinics, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience working with individuals with special needs Knowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus RBT certification is preferred Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire) Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience coordinating treatment clinics and schedules Familiarity with behavior analysis software and data collection tools Staff mentorship or coaching experience Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field Prior experience in behavioral health, developmental support, or special needs programs Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally between clinics Availability to work some weekends and holidays as scheduled Why Join Us?
