About the Role A Direct Sales Representative (Residential) works door‑to‑door in the Temple, TX market, generating new residential customers and activating services. The position starts with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions that can exceed $90,000 in total on‑target earnings, including a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Schedule Tuesday–Saturday with weekend work as needed, schedule flexibility based on business needs. Responsibilities Obtain new customers through professional face‑to‑face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referral sources. Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and build market presence. Distribute marketing material and facilitate strategic campaigns to build brand awareness. Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations. Understand customer needs and articulate solutions. Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately to management. Keep up to date with competitor activity in the market. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging field environment. Enjoy outdoor, door‑to‑door sales; 90% of work is in the field. Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills. Positive, creative, persuasive personality; motivated, self‑starter; comfortable working autonomously. Detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills. Sales‑quota driven. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
