Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) at Hydration Room. The role is per diem and involves administering IV and injection therapies, providing patient education, and supporting overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. Schedule Two scheduling options: 4 weekday and 2 weekend days per month. 4 weekend days per month. Compensation $45 base hourly rate plus competitive tips (up to $15 per hour). Locations Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, plus occasional on‑call and Mobile IV shifts. Benefits Monthly Pay Guarantee Program – for the first six months, if tips don’t average at least $10 per hour, the difference is paid. Paid Time Off/Vacation Time for full‑time team members. Core Role Responsibilities Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records. Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory, checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, verifying receipt, and using supplies as needed. Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift. Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers. Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics. Maintain documentation of patient care services. Train new staff. Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure patients have a positive experience in the clinic. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff. Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines. Requirements Current BLS certification required. BSN or diploma in nursing. Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present. Two years of related experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In‑depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures. Proficient in inpatient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software. Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to traverse the entire facility. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
