Pharmacy Manager | Summerville, SC | Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Looking for a pharmacy leadership role with strong pay and the opportunity to run your own pharmacy team?

We’re hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Summerville, SC. You’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations, support and develop your team, and make sure patients receive safe, accurate, and efficient care. This is a great fit for an experienced pharmacist who enjoys leadership and wants to take ownership of pharmacy operations.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Lead and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions
Administer immunizations and support clinical pharmacy services
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Oversee inventory, controlled substances, and pharmacy documentation
Support staffing, scheduling, and team development
Help maintain a high level of patient service and pharmacy performance

What We’re Looking For

Active South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
Previous retail pharmacy experience
Pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
Ability to lead a pharmacy team and manage day-to-day operations
Current immunization certification, as required
