Duties include meal preparation, clean‑up, food purchasing, monitoring client participation, medication administration under RN guidance, traveling clients to and from the program, and maintaining compliance with productivity standards and documented services. Training Program The MHACBO‑accredited training program provides CEUs toward mental health certifications, paid training, and qualified clinical supervision with on‑the‑job experience. Work Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Full Time, Swing) Compensation $21.42 – $22.07 per hour, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates. About the Program Bridgestone is a co‑ed, 5‑bed Residential Treatment Home serving adults living with a mental illness. The home features private bedrooms with en‑suite bathrooms, a community gathering area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
