HR Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the organization’s growth and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Manager Pay Range: $50 Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday What’s the Job? Foster an employee‑oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity. Provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, performance management, labor planning, and day‑to‑day employee support/questions. Oversee site payroll processing and off‑cycle payments. Support employee engagement activities when needed. Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally. What’s Needed? 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field. Experience with employee relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
