Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant provides comprehensive patient care in a primary care setting, supporting clinical and administrative functions. The role requires a California PA license, national certification, and a commitment to high-quality, community-focused care. The position offers the opportunity to serve diverse patients in a rural clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care across a wide range of patient age groups
• Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness to patients, coworkers, and supervisors
• Support and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information
• Ensure compliance with attendance, licensure, and clinic regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, committees, and special projects as needed
• Assist with the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures
• Engage in continuous learning to advance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA certification
• Unrestricted DEA license
• NPI number
• BLS certification

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Experience in primary care or underserved communities
