Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires Master‘s as minimum.)
• Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland is required to start the assignment.
• Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred, including admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with patient providers preferred.
• Ability to cover service areas including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne‘s counties preferred.

• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours per week.
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: No.
• Travel requirement: Visits conducted across multiple counties within the service area; mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
