Qualifications A passion for people and a desire to make every day a thrilling adventure. 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator, etc.) Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks like a circus performer. A knack for turning paperwork into an art form. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A willingness to dive headfirst into the world of HR and recruiting.
