Compensation & Hours

• Starting pay: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour
• 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)
• Work only 15 days per month
• Day and night shifts available
• Opportunities for overtime

Core Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing and production machinery
• Set up and calibrate equipment for scheduled runs
• Continuously monitor processes to meet quality standards
• Inspect finished components for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime
• Keep the area clean and safe; uphold 5S standards
• Follow safety procedures at all times
