Security ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect with a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security architectures that protect our organization's information systems and data. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, risk management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.Responsibilities:Design and implement security architectures that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security practices into Agile development processes.Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive information.Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices and security best practices.Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.Lead security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Mandatory Skills:15+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.Proficiency in risk management and vulnerability assessment tools.Experience with cloud security and securing cloud based applications.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.Experience with DevSecOps practices.Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven track record of successfully implementing security solutions in complex environments.If you are a seasoned Security Architect with a passion for Agile methodologies and a commitment to safeguarding information systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
